Arsenal should sack Arsene Wenger in the summer, according to the majority of readers who voted in our poll.

Wednesday's shock 3-1 home defeat to Monaco has left Wenger on the brink of his most embarrassing Champions League exit ever, though the Gunners remain in the FA Cup and are well placed to secure a top-four finish in the Premier League.

The Frenchman only signed a new three-year contract last summer but 63.2 per cent of readers who voted in our poll believe this should be his last campaign as Arsenal boss.

Only 36.8% believe Wenger deserves another season to prove he can lead the Gunners back to the top table of domestic and European football by mounting a serious challenge for the Premier League or Champions League.
